Making sure you’ve got all the necessary documentation in place to recruit and select effectively, such as job descriptions, application forms, candidate scoring matrices, etc, coaching on effective interview techniques and new employee induction support.
Ensuring the process is managed in line with appropriate legal and regulatory requirements, that employees and the management team are fully supported throughout and that all appropriate documentation and communication is in place.
Acting as an independent mediator to help employees resolve workplace conflict in a supportive and relationship focused way.
Coaching on holding effective appraisal meetings and making sure they support both employee and business development and growth.
Providing line managers with the skills and confidence to manage common Human Resource challenges such as disciplinary and grievance, sickness absence, performance management, and stress awareness.
